Clear Vision Auto Glass

I wish I could give a few more stars. For starters their pricing beat Safelite by $200 for my back windshield. Now, by the time I noticed they called and I got the voicemail that my car was ready, they were almost closed (5 min until closing). I called to let them know I’d be there in the morning. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me he’d wait for me. I got there at almost 6pm when they close at 5pm. The owner didn’t even try to rush us out the door while we were there. He was friendly and talked to me and my son for a bit before we settled the bill. Beating the other price without even knowing it, and the fact that he waited for an hour for me to get there; he’s got a customer for life. It’s rare that you walk into a place like this and are treated like a human AND get great pricing. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars. PS, the window is perfect. It was raining when we picked it up so we knew immediately that there were no issues.

There are moments in your life where customer service really stand out. I recall them here and there but the truly exceptional moments are few and far between. Today I had the fortune to have called Clear Vision hoping they may be able to help my daughter whose car had been broken into overnight. Well the guy who answered was very friendly and said he was in the shop and to have her stop in. My daughter was there within a half hour and her window was completely replaced 30 minutes later! Lucky they had her part in stock and Anthony was able to replace it while she waited. A customer for life for both me and my family, this is an experience I will recall many times in the future. Started out as a good experience but the job never got finished. My new windshield was going in when I realized the installer was gluing the gasket back together. It wasn't until I asked about it he told me the previous installer had damaged it... I was told if I can find a new gasket to call and schedule him to come out again, I even expected to pay for his time since it looked like it was a previous installer's mistake. After calling the office and being told "We will call you Monday or Tuesday", by Wednesday, I still had a half installed windshield and a new gasket. After paying for a windshield and installation, I had to install it myself and they still haven't called. I won't be holding my breath. I wouldn't let them touch my cars again anyway.

What a nice change of pace dealing with Clear Vision. Called for a quote and my call was answered and a quote given in a few minutes with a professional and knowledgeable person. Next day, windshield replaced in under 40 minutes with a friendly and knowledgeable installer. The price was very competitive and the service was above expectations. The reviews such as mine are true.. this place is the only place I would use for auto glass. Thank you for providing an excellent product with excellent service and unbeatable value.

Wow, what a company! Best value from the 4 places I looked at, plus super responsive and friendly. I had a windshield replacement done and while I was there asked about a small crack I had in my other car and to see if I could get on the schedule. Knowing that a snow storm was coming the owner brought my car in right then and repaired it. I didnt even have to ask but he knew it would get worse as soon as the snow came. Great experience in every way! Needed a windshield replacement while I was here from out of state. Jennifer ensured I was on the schedule before we even began to attempt my insurance claim. She listened to my concern about how the last company (that big name company) did not replace the upper molding correctly and noted this for the installer. Dave was at my house promptly the next morning and began replacement with application of the new molding. Did a great job. I think my car even runs better (haha). Very personable guy. I hope you get Dave as your installer! Might drive to NJ the next time there's a glass incident. Love you guys! Great job!
